Being healthy and fit is important to me, because I want my kids to grow up healthy and strong. It starts with me as a mom and I want to pass that down to them and be a good role model.

I want to be fit and strong to be able to keep up with them and their many activities. I want to be able to play soccer with my daughter and chase my son around. Working out has made me stronger.
