This is a super simple slime recipe my girls and I like to make. They like to make slime all. The. Time. If it’s raining, if it’s too hot to go outside or if they have friends over, is always a good reason to make a batch of slime. Today we found these cool little packs of glitter at 5 Below and wanted to try them out. They have their own “slime” section, with glue, shaving cream and even borax.
This recipe is quick and easy and fun to make. All you need is glue (we have the big gallon size), water and liquid starch. You can also add food coloring or glitter if you want. My girls love making different colors. Today we made pink with pink glitter. They like to make galaxy slime, which is blue and purple mixed together, so we are running low on those colors :). It’s also easier to use the food coloring where you can squeeze it in, instead of the gel kind.
First you mix the glue and water together.
Add in any glitter or food coloring you want and stir.
Last you add the liquid starch and stir!
Let your kids have fun playing 🙂
